Dr. Stephanie G. Jackson, Ed.D., is an educational leader with a proven track record of raising student achievement and improving systems in the most challenging learning environments. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida, she brings over a decade of hands-on experience spanning elementary school turnarounds, state-level reading initiatives, high school administration, and early childhood program leadership.

As Director of Curriculum and Instruction at YMCA Tiger Academy (2023-2026), Dr. Jackson led the data-driven instructional strategy that produced the strongest academic outcomes in the school's 16-year history. As a principal, she improved a school's accountability grade from C to A in two years and ranked in the top 8% statewide for ELA proficiency improvement. As a Regional Reading Coordinator for the Florida Department of Education, she co-led the strategic improvement of Duval County's lowest-performing secondary schools, helping three high schools exit state oversight.
